My main goal was to go home with ways to decrease my stress. I am going home with many, many tools to help myself. I am also so happy to have new ideas of ways to help my daughter.
I love to recommend this to others.
The program exceeded my expectations. I really loved the food preparation. Another meal of preparation of food would be fun and educational.…. Everyone thought I was a little crazy to take a plane for a yoga workshop from FL – but I did the right thing!

After the Program

…. I woke up very early and did my tapping, stick, exercise (moving the stick up and down) and I practiced breathing. Then I did a few stretches. Then the hot pack on my stomach and then a little more with the stick. I felt a big difference in my body. I brought the warm hot pack to my daughter late last night (I got home at 12:00PM) in her bed and she loved it. I will be speaking to her this afternoon about doing the same type of exercises with me for a little while in the evenings (the mornings by myself to focus on myself, the evenings to help her).
I feel calmer, I woke up with the stress coming back and I was able to find my deeper calm.
I also stopped my kids a few times today when they both wanted me at once, and I stopped my daughter when she started talking about many things she needs at once. One at a time, one issue at a time, it feels much better and I feel less overwhelmed. I hope one day to be able to bring my daughter to see you.

I just want to say how powerful the program is. During my residence stay I was quite constipated. With Master Chun’s direction of natural cleansing and intestine exercise, my symptoms not only were relieved (4 times bowel movement
in 2nd morning) but it happened so quickly and I felt so much lighter!

... I am still very mindful of my eating and have lost about 15 lbs. ( Beginning weight was 183 and this morning was 167.5. I know I couldn't have gotten on this path again without spending the time I did with you.

My first goal was to come here and start walking same as before from a bad back. I have achieved that and I will be continuing to do my exercises to keep me mobile. Have not taken any pain killer while I was staying here.The information given was sufficient and the exercises were great and the class was very friendly. I definately recommend this to all.

My goal was to get my health. I didn't take my medication on Saturday and my blood pressure was normal. I didn't take my acid reflux medication either for coughing. I didn't cough yesterday. I will cut down on my acid reflux medication and stop taking Zolaf. Everything was good. I loved it. I got my health 80% back. I will continue my exercise, I will come back to Honor's Haven to attend more sessions with Chun and will follow her advices to continue getting my health back. She knows a lot about health and healthy living. I recommend this to all for their benefit.

My goal was to help my parents with having a healthy lifestyle to heal their body without taking medication. They both feel much better and have learned a lot about their body and what to do differently. I will continue with them exercising and keeping up. I felt good about having my family here and making a difference in their life.

We wanted to learn a weight loss program. This one turned out to be easier than we expected. I lost 3.6 lbs in 2 1/2 days. We learned information that we didn't know before.
